Full Story

Casio has unveiled new gold and silver variants of its GMH5600 Move series, enhancing the fitness tracking range with an opulent twist.

These models retain the octagonal design seen in the earlier DWH5600, which was notable for incorporating heart rate monitoring, step tracking, and Bluetooth functionality into the G-Shock line. The new editions feature stainless steel bezels with a refined brushed finish, available in both gold and silver.

Equipped with advanced sensors, the GMH5600 Move watches are capable of monitoring a variety of activities. Data collected can be synced with the G-Shock Polar smartwatch application, enabling users to analyze metrics such as movement, distance via GPS, heart rate, and blood oxygen levels.

The luxurious aesthetic is matched by an environmentally conscious approach, as the timepieces are constructed using bio-based resin straps and a carbon-reinforced resin case back.

Users can recharge the GMH5600 Move watches through a USB cable; however, the battery life is further enhanced by solar power harvesting technology.

In addition to being both shock and water resistant, these watches are packed with features such as an altimeter, barometer, compass, and thermometer.

Their LED backlit displays provide access to world time functions, sunrise and sunset timings, a 1/100th second stopwatch, countdown timer, and the capability to set up to five daily alarms.

Currently, these stylish timepieces are available for purchase at a price of $385.
