Full Story

Oak and Luna has teamed up with celebrity stylist Abby Arad from Los Angeles to introduce a selective capsule collection featuring 24 pieces focused on everyday jewellery.

The collection, which emphasizes a curated rather than extensive assortment of accessories, aims to create a “jewellery capsule wardrobe.” Arad, renowned for her work with notable figures in film, television, and at red-carpet events, has drawn inspiration from 1970s vintage jewellery, reinterpreting it for modern wearers.

With the designs crafted for all-day use, the collection promotes a blend of eye-catching pieces and functional storytelling. Arad believes in the power of fewer, versatile items rather than an overload of accessories, suggesting that jewellery should enhance an outfit rather than complicate it. The collaboration aims to embody this philosophy with “The Kit,” offering pieces for mixing and matching.

Founded in 2018, Oak and Luna specializes in personalised jewellery, including items that can be engraved with meaningful details. This partnership signifies a shift towards collaborative design for the brand.

“The Kit” will launch on 17 September and will be sold exclusively through the Oak and Luna website. Arad remarked, “It’s been a longtime dream of mine to create a jewellery capsule wardrobe: a collection of effortless, impactful pieces you can reach for every day. It’s not about wearing 15 things – but rather the right things: statement pieces that feel like art and armor, that are comfortable enough to wear all day, easy to style, and instantly elevating. The designs are inspired by some of my favourite vintage statement pieces from the 1970s reimagined through my own lens.”

An Oak and Luna spokesperson added: “Partnering with Abby Arad felt completely natural because we share the same core design philosophy: jewellery shouldn’t just sit in a box, it should work for you. We’ve always believed that the right details make the outfit, but Abby took that idea to the next level. THE KIT isn’t just a collection – it’s a curated styling system born from years of expertise. Working with Abby has been an incredible ride, and we’re so excited to give women the ultimate cheat code to elevated everyday dressing.”
