Kering has announced the appointment of Charlotte Fournet and Krizia Cucurachi as chief executives of Pomellato and DoDo, respectively, effective from 15 September 2026. Both will work out of Milan and will report to Jean-Marc Duplaix, who oversees operations for Kering as well as leading Kering Jewellery.

Charlotte Fournet will steer Pomellato’s upcoming developmental phase, aiming to enhance the brand’s stature in contemporary fine jewellery, elevate store performance, and broaden distribution channels. Fournet brings extensive experience from her previous roles at Gucci and Bottega Veneta, where she handled various merchandising responsibilities. Most recently, she was the collection merchandising director, overseeing strategies for diverse product categories. Her career also includes senior positions at Swarovski, contributing to the brand’s growth and transformation, and marketing roles at L’Oréal and Lindt and Sprüngli.

Jean-Marc Duplaix commented on the appointments, highlighting the significance of jewellery as a vital growth area for Kering. He stated, “Pomellato and DoDo are two highly distinctive Houses with strong identities and tremendous potential.” He added that the selections of Fournet and Cucurachi represent Kering’s dedication to fostering leadership from within the company. Duplaix noted, “Charlotte’s extensive and successful experience across several of Kering’s Houses and Krizia’s strong track record in brand building and transformation make them ideally positioned to lead the next phase of growth for Pomellato and DoDo, and contribute to the ambition of Kering Jewellery.”
