The Beaverbrooks Group has expanded its director team from five to seven, with three long-serving executives promoted to senior leadership positions across operations, digital and watch buying.
The group, which owns jewellery and watch retailer Beaverbrooks and luxury watch and fine jewellery boutique retailer Loupe, has appointed Ben Reilly as operations director, Jo Wilkinson as digital and brand experience director, and Nick Bucknell as watch buying and Loupe operations director.
The appointments are part of a wider strengthening of the Group’s leadership structure, with Beaverbrooks managing director Anna Blackburn describing the move as the right moment to bolster the team as the business works towards its long-term strategic vision.
“We are delighted to welcome Ben, Jo and Nick to the director team,” said Blackburn. “All three have built long and successful careers with The Beaverbrooks Group and bring significant expertise across our business.”
Reilly has spent 21 years with the Group, most recently as head of property and store design, while Wilkinson has more than 15 years’ experience with Beaverbrooks and will continue to lead its omnichannel and digital development in her expanded role.
Bucknell has been with the business for 22 years and will take responsibility for watch buying across the Group, alongside his existing responsibilities for Loupe and Rolex.

Blackburn said the changes come at an important point for the business.
“This is an exciting time for the Group and the right moment to strengthen our leadership team as we continue to deliver our strategic vision and work towards our core purpose of enriching lives,” she said.
The appointments also bring further long-term experience into the Group’s senior leadership. Adelle Thompson, who joined Beaverbrooks in 1978, remains director of jewellery buying and merchandising, while the Adlestone family’s ownership continues to be represented by the third generation, with Mark Adlestone OBE retaining his role as chairman and director.
Elsewhere, Simon Smith will move from retail director to retail, people and culture director, reflecting the Group’s increased focus on its people, culture and retail development.
The changes come alongside the beginning of the retirement of Roger Fairhurst, who will step down as brand director at the end of September after more than 35 years with Beaverbrooks. He will leave the business in spring 2027.
Fairhurst held a number of roles across the retailer’s shops before moving to head office, where he was instrumental in developing and growing Beaverbrooks’ ecommerce operation.
Blackburn paid tribute to Fairhurst’s long tenure, saying: “We are also incredibly grateful to Roger for more than 35 years of commitment to the business and everything he has contributed throughout his career.”
The leadership reshuffle comes as Beaverbrooks and Loupe continue to develop their respective retail, digital and customer experiences, while maintaining a focus on the Group’s position as an employer.
With three of the new directors having spent between 15 and 22 years with the business, the changes represent a significant investment in internal experience as Beaverbrooks enters its next phase of growth.
