De Beers London has unveiled a new High Jewellery collection named Vibrations, drawing inspiration from the serene inland waters of Botswana, South Africa, and Canada. Among the standout pieces is a necklace featuring a striking 2.07-carat Fancy Intense Pink diamond sourced from Botswana, along with a ring that showcases a 0.81-carat Fancy Intense Pinkish Purple diamond.
Another highlight is the Undulation design series, which reflects the unique contours of Botswana’s Okavango Delta. This collection comprises six individual designs adorned with rough green diamonds, which are renowned for being among the rarest natural diamond hues available.
This latest suite marks the introduction of cabochon-cut diamonds into De Beers London’s High Jewellery repertoire. This cutting method, developed over a period of five years, results in smooth, domed diamonds devoid of facets, thereby accentuating the natural beauty of the stones. It is noteworthy that less than 0.5% of diamonds possess the necessary colour and clarity for this particular cut.
