Full Story

Daniel Bing has returned to the UK after a distinguished tenure with Vacheron Constantin, where he held key marketing roles in London and New York City. He has now assumed the position of global chief marketing officer at Bremont.

Mr Bing’s presence is familiar to the British watch community, having dedicated seven years to Vacheron Constantin UK. Initially, he worked as a marketing communication manager before advancing to become the country head of marketing and communications.

His talent caught the attention of Vacheron Constantin’s US division, leading to his relocation to New York City as the marketing and communications director for the Americas. In this capacity, he successfully spearheaded initiatives in acquiring high-net-worth individuals and implemented strategies for customer relationship management, cultural partnerships, boutique openings, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.

In his new role at Bremont, Mr Bing will be responsible for shaping the global marketing strategy and managing brand communications and customer engagement.

He will collaborate closely with Stephane Pichavant, who joined Bremont in 2025 as the chief commercial officer from TAG Heuer. Mr Bing will report directly to Davide Cerrato, who took over the CEO role in 2023 following the departure of Bremont’s co-founders, Nick and Giles English.

“I’m delighted to welcome Dan to the Bremont leadership team,” stated Mr Cerrato. “He brings a rich background in high horology from his experience at one of the world’s most renowned Maisons, alongside a strong understanding of how to communicate our unique manufacturing process at The Wing to customers globally. His insights into our key markets, especially the US and UK, will be crucial as we embark on the next phase of Bremont’s growth.”

Mr Bing’s nearly four-year experience at Vacheron Constantin in the US is expected to aid Bremont in sustaining its growth in what has now become its most significant market territory. In a recent interview with CNN, Mr Cerrato remarked, “The US has become our first market, beating the UK,” noting that the company has experienced almost triple-digit growth in the United States.

Bremont is poised for a landmark event later this year, as it gears up for the most significant launch in its 20-year history. The company will collaborate with the California-based robotics firm Astrolab to send a Supernova chronograph to the Moon’s South Pole aboard a lunar rover. This watch, which will serve as a permanent homage to human craftsmanship and precision engineering, will be embedded beyond Earth, according to Bremont.
