Tiffany and Co. has unveiled new pieces in its Elsa Peretti Feather collection, celebrating the artistic vision of the late designer who was renowned for her “organic” and “sculptural” design philosophy.
The latest offerings draw inspiration from Peretti’s abstract interpretations of the natural world, emphasising tactile textures and the intimate “human touch” that characterised her creations for the maison. As a fundamental component of the Elsa Peretti portfolio at Tiffany and Co., the Feather collection illustrates the designer’s remarkable skill in distilling intricate natural forms into elegant, minimalist jewellery.
This expansion into the Feather collection occurs amidst a resurgence of interest in Peretti’s body of work, which has emerged as a significant influence in both the high-jewellery and accessible luxury categories for the brand.
Tiffany and Co., established in 1837 by Charles Lewis Tiffany in New York City, boasts a global presence with over 300 stores worldwide. The company employs more than 14,000 individuals, including around 3,000 skilled artisans responsible for crafting Tiffany diamonds and jewellery in-house, ensuring exceptional quality standards.
A spokesperson for Tiffany and Co. commented, “The new designs capture the signature talent of Peretti for creating objects that remind customers of the beauty inherent in nature. Tiffany and Co. continues to market these accessories as a blend of innovative design and traditional fine craftsmanship.”
