Chronext, a secondary market platform based in Switzerland, has launched a new payment protection system in collaboration with Nuvei, aimed at enhancing security and trust for participants in high-value watch transactions.
The newly implemented secure payment flow allows funds to be held safely within Nuvei’s regulated framework until all transaction conditions are met. Once these conditions are satisfied, the funds are released to the seller.
This initiative aims to bolster buyer confidence, ensuring that their money is protected throughout the transaction. Simultaneously, sellers can rest assured that payment is secured before they complete an order.
Chronext anticipates additional advantages from this system, including improved oversight of transactions and settlements through a tailored platform dashboard. This development will facilitate better management of its payment processes within a unified environment.
