Established in 1897, Berry’s Jewellers is a family-run business now in its fifth generation, boasting a collection of 15 outlets that include specialised Patek Philippe, Omega, and Breitling boutiques, as well as various multi-brand retail stores.
In your new role, you will represent one of the most esteemed watch brands globally. Your responsibilities will include ensuring an unparalleled client experience, boosting sales, and maintaining showroom standards at the highest level.
**Key Responsibilities**
– Oversee the daily operations of the Patek Philippe showroom.
– Engage in the sale of Patek Philippe timepieces, offering knowledgeable insights and guidance.
– Complete all stages of the Patek Philippe training program and stay current with new models and collections.
– Provide exceptional customer service and foster a luxurious retail atmosphere.
– Maintain professional appearance and uphold rigorous brand standards.
– Support successful Patek Philippe events both in-store and externally.
– Cultivate and manage a robust client portfolio, establishing enduring customer relationships.
– Process incoming stock and manage accurate records in accordance with internal systems.
– Assist with service and repair inquiries following Patek Philippe protocols.
– Ensure products and displays are attractively presented to enhance customer interaction and sales.
– Maintain stock integrity by overseeing product protection, cleanliness, pricing, and display presentation.
