eBay has announced its backing for the inaugural Women in Watches event, organised by WatchPro.

As the primary sponsor, eBay aims to highlight the significant impact women have within the watch sector. This event is set to take place at London’s art’otel Battersea, located near the iconic Battersea Power Station, on Monday, 2 March.

In a statement regarding their sponsorship, eBay said, “eBay is proud to sponsor WatchPro’s Women in Watches Brunch 2026, championing the achievements of women in the British watch industry and reflecting our commitment to empowering entrepreneurs, advancing diversity and inclusion, and building a more equitable future for the global watch community.”

Scheduled to coincide with the lead-up to International Women’s Day, the brunch presents a valuable platform for women excelling in the watch industry to connect with peers, sharing insights and experiences.

Participants in earlier stages of their careers will have the opportunity to engage with industry leaders and gain inspiration from their journeys toward professional success.

The gathering will feature retail executives, brand leaders, and media representatives. It will commence with a breakfast networking session, followed by two panels that promise to deepen attendees’ understanding of their colleagues’ professional trajectories.

Moreover, the event will also unveil WatchPro’s new annual ‘Women in Watches’ list, recognising outstanding women who are making noteworthy contributions to the field.

Men are encouraged to attend as well, creating an inclusive environment for learning and sharing actionable insights.
